Reception Area

Our reception area is designed to be a welcoming and functional space to put both you and your pets at ease. It features comfortable seating, a clean, organised layout, and calming decor. We have a variety of pet products, treats  and informative brochures for you and your pet. To ensure comfort for all, there are separate areas and enough space to accommodate pets of different sizes and  temperaments, creating a pleasant and stress-free environment.

Consultation Rooms

At King’s Road Vets, we have three dedicated consultation rooms designed to provide a calm and comfortable environment for you and your pet. These spaces are where our experienced surgeons and nurses assess your pet’s health, offer tailored advice, and deliver routine treatments. Whether it’s a wellness check, vaccination, or discussing your pet’s specific needs, our consultation rooms are fully equipped to ensure a smooth and reassuring experience for both you and your furry companion.

Prep Room

At King’s Road Vets, the preparation room is a central hub strategically located between the wards, consultation rooms, and surgical suites, ensuring seamless workflow and patient care. This is where your pet is carefully prepared for surgery, with state-of-the-art facilities, including a piped gas supply system for anaesthetics. This system extends to the X-ray and operating rooms, enhancing efficiency and safety during procedures.

Operating Room

At King’s Road Vets, our operating room is a state-of-the-art facility where we perform both major and minor surgeries with the utmost care. Designed for your pet’s safety and comfort, the room is equipped with advanced surgical tools and a specialized heated surgery table to ensure your furry friend stays warm and relaxed during procedures. Our dedicated team maintains a sterile, calm environment to provide the highest standard of care, giving you peace of mind while your pet is in our hands.

Our X-ray room at King’s Road Vets is equipped with state-of-the-art digital radiography technology, ensuring we can capture and process high-quality diagnostic images within minutes. This advanced system allows our veterinary team to quickly and accurately identify health concerns, facilitating prompt and effective treatment for your pets. By combining cutting-edge equipment with expert care, we’re committed to providing the best possible medical support for your beloved companions.

Dog Ward

At King’s Road Vets, our recently refurbished dog ward offers a calm and welcoming environment tailored to your pet’s comfort. The ward features spacious, full-height kennels designed to provide ample room for dogs of all sizes to rest and recover in comfort. With a focus on hygiene and comfort, each kennel is carefully maintained to ensure a clean and stress-free space for your furry companion. Our caring team is always on hand to monitor and care for your dog, making their stay with us as pleasant as possible.

Cat Ward

At King’s Road Vets, our Cat Ward is thoughtfully designed to ensure a calm and comfortable environment for our feline patients. Situated away from the dog ward to minimize stress, it offers a tranquil space tailored to cats’ unique needs. A highlight of the ward is its specially caged outdoor area, where cats can enjoy fresh air safely and securely, giving them a chance to relax and recuperate in a serene setting without the risk of escape.

Isolation Ward

At King’s Road Vets, we have a dedicated isolation ward designed to safely care for animals with contagious diseases or parasites like fleas. This specialised space ensures that these conditions are contained, protecting our other patients and their owners. Animals in the isolation ward often require intensive 1-to-1 barrier nursing, allowing our team to provide the focused care and attention these very ill pets need while preventing the spread of illness.
